The National Insurance (Germany) Order 1961

This Order gives effect in England, Wales and Scotland to the Convention on unemployment insurance and Protocol (set out respectively in the First and Second Schedules) made between the Governments of the United Kingdom and of `the Federal Republic of Germany and modifies the National Insurance Acts, 1946 to 1960, in their application to persons affected by the Convention and Protocol.
